Freshly made, thoroughly authentic pasta and pizza courtesy of globe-trotting South African Carl Say. Superb salads, beautiful breads and sumptuous puddings make up the rest of the gloriously fresh Say Cafe menus, while an informal atmosphere at every branch makes the whole affair a home-from-home experience. Everything is cooked on the premises, nothing is deep fried, and you won't find preservatives, colouring or artificial flavours anywhere, making for what's quite possibly the healthiest fast food you'll ever eat - it's certainly the most fun, at excellent value for money prices, too.
